We control over 48.5 acres by means of a Promotion Agreement.

On a number of occasions, the Council has supported the development of this site for differing scales of development. However, despite a Local Plan inquiry and an appeal, permission has not been achieved. More recently an application has been submitted for 350 dwellings. This has now been appealed on the basis of non-determination and an inquiry held.

Planning Permission has been granted and the site has now been sold following a competitive bidding process.
