We control over 48.5 acres by means of a Promotion Agreement.

On a number of occasions, the Council has supported the development of this site for differing scales of development. However, despite a Local Plan inquiry and an appeal, permission has not been achieved. More recently an application has been submitted for 350 dwellings. This has now been appealed on the basis of non-determination and an inquiry is to commence in November 2020.

It is likely a decision will be issued by the end of 2020. If positive the site will be sold without delay.
