We control a 154-acre site by means of an Option Agreement, and we own a further 38 acres.

Aylesbury is a location for substantial growth within the adopted Regional Strategy and we have supported and sought to enhance that designation.

The Council has now resolved to approve our revised proposals and permission has been issued. However, local people have made a legal challenge to that decision. Their case was heard in the High Court in February 2022 and was rejected by the judge. Unless they continue with the action in the Court of Appeal, permission is granted.

We have entered into a conditional contract with Taylor Wimpey to sell the site should the High Court decision confirm the Planning Permission.
