We control a 154-acre site by means of an Option Agreement, and we own a further 38 acres.

Aylesbury is a location for substantial growth within the adopted Regional Strategy and we have supported and sought to enhance that designation.

The Council has now resolved to approve our revised proposals and we anticipate permission being issued in spring 2021, after which the site will be sold.
